Blivet Capital manages a US Safe Harbor private credit fund which allows us to serve loan brokers. We also act as a correspondent lender for over $500M in other managed assets.
Retail Lending
Our team has spent more than 30 years working with investors, real estate developers, lawyers, accountants, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and contractors. With deep industry experience and a client-focused approach, our sales team is equipped to meet any challenge our clients present.
Broker Training
As a result of the decades we’ve spent in the lending industry, we developed a training program for individuals who want to become brokers, as well as for existing brokers seeking to deepen their industry knowledge. Our 12-week training course certifies participants as Commercial Loan Brokers. In addition, we offer a 90-day post-certification employment opportunity so graduates can determine whether a career with us is the right fit.

Blivet Capital was founded in 2020, in the wake of the pandemic. Our team brings over 30 years of experience in lending and finance. The challenges of that period allowed us to position ourselves strategically to better serve our clients.
At Blivet, our mission is to help clients avoid the rigidity and bureaucracy often associated with traditional banks. We believe our clients should stay focused on what they do best—real estate.
Blivet Capital manages its own bridge fund, X10, and maintains several correspondent agreements with partner funds and credit unions.
